Service Description

Software, sensor hardware, user training, protective storage cases, Verizon IoT data plan and cloud storage included. Unlimited users. Access to proprietary manufacturers specification database. (One Jobsite Conditions Sensor covers approximately 10,000 sf of open space.)

Monitoring quantities are based on an anticipated construction schedule between phases. Sensors will be redeployed from completed areas to subsequent phases or projects as the project progresses. Monthly invoicing against this project will be based on actual deployed sensor quantities, with projected utilization displayed above and can be returned or adjusted to another project at the discretion of the user.
* Lost / Damaged Sensor Fee: $125.00: Sensors lost or not returned free of defects will be invoiced at $125.00 upon term completion.
