Without real-time monitoring, the team had no reliable way to verify that substrate and ambient conditions consistently met manufacturer specifications throughout the workday.

The company used CLīMIT to track both ambient temperature and relative humidity on-site throughout the installation. The system's real-time alerting capabilities flagged periods when temperatures exceeded acceptable installation thresholds.

Armed with that data, the crew was able to schedule sensitive adhesive work during cooler morning hours and avoid costly material failures during peak afternoon heat.
