Consolidated Flooring faced one of the most demanding jobsite environments possible: installing premium hardwood flooring on multiple floors of a luxury hospitality tower in midtown Manhattan. The project faced a critical challenge when the building's HVAC system exhibited intermittent control issues, causing unpredictable swings in both temperature and humidity across different floors.

In a high-profile hospitality project with significant financial and reputational stakes, installing hardwood in non-compliant conditions was simply not an option. The team needed floor-by-floor visibility in real time.

Consolidated Flooring deployed CLīMIT sensors on every active installation floor, monitoring conditions independently so that crews could continue working on floors where conditions were acceptable while holding off on others.

The real-time alerting system kept the project superintendent informed at all times, and documentation was automatically logged for each floor as conditions were certified compliant.
